These workshops can be specifically tailored to the needs and time constraints of your group or organization.

The ADA Center has access to the latest and most current information on new and proposed regulations through our long standing relationship with the key federal agencies involved in implementing and enforcing the ADA.

ADA Amendments Act Training

The passage of the ADA Amendment Act will create new regulations and obligations under the ADA, renewing the need for training by all groups involved with, or covered by, this new law. The Great Plains ADA Center has developed trainings that specifically address the ADA-AA and its impact on ADA implementation

ADA Basics Building Blocks
This introductory Web course explores the legal requirements and spirit of the ADA. The course content is self-paced and organized into 12 topics; available in English or Spanish.

ADA Title II Tutorial
This online tutorial explores the requirements applicable to State and Local government under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The tutorial content is self-paced and organized into 9 modules.

At Your Service: Welcoming Customers with Disabilities

This Web course introduces best practices for effectively working and interacting with customers who have disabilities. The course content is self-paced and organized into 15 topics that include eight case studies and core concepts such as Disability Etiquette, the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), and the ADA.
