This past week we lost a dear friend, a terrific leader, and ADA advisor. For the past 10 years, Rich served as the Director of Disabled Citizens Alliance for Independence in Viburnum, MO. Rich had a vision of a better tomorrow for individuals with disabilities and worked tirelessly to make that a reality. He will be dearly missed.
